In my teens is where I first found my passion lay in the gym, starting off as a lifeguard at David Lloyd, I was given a free gym membership. After six months of spending my time constructively on the gym I noticed a considerable difference in my body and I soon stopped my bad habits as a teenager such as smoking. From training and a healthy lifestyle my weight went from 87kg to 100kg in six months, packing on muscle and sculpting my body. After speaking to professionals in the gym and in the fitness industry and, researching some of the great bodybuilding legends, my passion for bodybuilding started.
I started training as a gym instructor and became a fully qualified personal trainer which enabled me to train clients in and out of the gym to the highest of standards. I have trained a range of clients in multiple gyms such as David Lloyd; Fitness First; Virgin and currently the bodybuilding and strongman gym, Trojan Fitness.
In my competitive side of bodybuilding, I entered my first bodybuilding competition at the age of 22 in the NABBA Midlands First Timer's category, placing fourth. This only encouraged me more to broaden my knowledge a master my sport. From this contest I received an invite to the novice finals, six months later, coming fourth out of twenty - two competitors. From here I went on to successfully place 1st three times and 2nd place:

2011 South West Classic UKBFF Intermediates 1st place and qualified for the British
2012 BodyPower Super Heavy Weights 1st place and qualified for the British
2012 UKBFF british finals super heavy weights 7th
2013 Lemmington Spa Classic UKBFF Super Heavy Weights 2nd place
2013 Stars of tomorrow UKBFF super heavy weights placed 4th
